Xoá tài khoản Gia sư Toán
Ứng dụng Gia sư Toán / Math Tutor AI (org.manhtoan.mathTutor) của Nguyễn Mạnh Toàn.
Cách 1: Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng (nhanh nhất)
- Mở ứng dụng, vào tab Hồ sơ.
- Chọn Tài khoản.
- Bấm Xoá tài khoản và xác nhận.
Tài khoản và dữ liệu trên máy chủ bị xoá ngay lập tức.
Cách 2: Gửi yêu cầu xoá
Nếu bạn đã gỡ ứng dụng hoặc không đăng nhập được, điền email đã dùng để đăng nhập (Apple, Google hoặc Email). Chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 7 ngày; thường là tự động ngay khi nhận yêu cầu.
Dữ liệu nào bị xoá?
- Tài khoản đăng nhập: email, tên hiển thị, nhà cung cấp đăng nhập.
- Hồ sơ trên máy chủ: cài đặt, lịch sử học và bản tin phụ huynh gắn với tài khoản.
Dữ liệu nào được giữ lại?
- Đề bài và lời giải ẩn danh đã ghi vào kho câu hỏi chung: không chứa ảnh, tên, email hay bất kỳ thông tin nhận dạng nào nên không thể và không cần liên kết ngược với bạn.
- Dữ liệu học lưu trên thiết bị: xoá bằng cách gỡ ứng dụng.
- Yêu cầu xoá này (email và thời điểm) được lưu tối đa 30 ngày để đối chiếu, rồi xoá.

Option 1: Delete inside the app (fastest)
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and server data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Send a deletion request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, enter the email you signed in with (Apple, Google or Email). We process requests within 7 days; usually automatically as soon as the request arrives.
What gets deleted
- Sign-in account: email, display name, sign-in provider.
- Server profile: settings, learning history and parent reports linked to the account.
What is kept
- Anonymous problems and solutions already added to the shared question bank: they contain no photo, name, email or any identifier, so they cannot and need not be linked back to you.
- Learning data stored on your device: remove it by uninstalling the app.
- This deletion request (email and timestamp) is kept for up to 30 days for verification, then removed.
